      I am a certified-licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing for 14 years in the Sacramento area. In the healing arts field, I am continually furthering my knowledge and have developed countless hours of education over the years.  Had the fortune and  opportunity to work side by side and be taught by one of my greatest instructors, who is an amazing Rolfer, Bob Robinson, that I attribute so much of my success to. Just to mention one of my adventures, I have gone as far as Sheffield, Mass., where I have taken continuous all day and into the night class for 2 ½ months, transcending personally so I can be at the highest level of integrity and consciousness possible to better serve you.

     I have been involved as a volunteer at the Shiner’s hospital; do volunteer for those who are physically handicapped and for some more than a year at a time; participated in the family of woman and the Sterling Institute of Relationships, who do volunteer work and fund raising for woman, children and families in need; personally continue to give financial relief to those in need, which includes the St. Jude’s  hospital for children, and have also done fund raising for others. I am a member of the American Heart Association- Go Red for women. To conclude, I aspire to always have my heart open and to seek new ways of contributing to others.

     I love what I do and do what I love, and this is probably one of the main reasons why I am  happily successful in all aspects of my life, especially as a massage therapist . I am there for you whether it is on a spiritual, body and/or mental level, aiding in your over all increased health, wellness  and healing.
